What are photo pillows made of?

Our pillows are 100% polyester. The pillow covers are polyester fabric, while the filling is made of recycled fiber.

Can I wash my custom pillow?

To keep your pillow looking its best, we recommend that you spot or dry clean it. Since our personalized pillows do not have zippers, we don’t advise trying to use a washing machine.

Do you have pre-designed templates, or should I upload my own? What resolution should my photo be?

We don’t have predesigned template at the moment – you’ll be able to upload your image to make your own photo pillow design. (Looking for advice on how to create a gift-worthy photo? Check out our tips.) For the best printing results, we recommend you use a file with a minimum of 150 DPI.

What printing technique do you use for personalized pillows?

We use dye-sublimation printing. This method creates a vibrant, high-quality print that won’t flake off or crack.

How do I ensure my design covers the entire pillow?

Make sure to stretch your image across the entire canvas while you’re designing your pillow.
