The weight of each mailer varies by size. See the chart below: • 9.5" x 7.75" x 4" weighs 8 oz. • 9" x 6" x 4" weighs 5 oz. • 11.25" x 9" x 3" weighs 8 oz. • 12" x 10" x 4" weighs 9.6 oz.

What tape should I use to secure my shipping boxes?

We recommend clear packaging or poly tape to best to show off and preserve your design. When packing, we recommend you overlap the tape and make sure the tape stretches several inches down the either side of the box.

How do I assemble my custom mailer boxes?

E Flute is very thin (1/16") corrugated cardboard. It’s very easy to fold and is excellent for printing. Sturdy and crush resistant, it’s a good option for shipments – we do not recommend these mailers for very large or heavy items.
